Arts Day set the tone for the Class of 2027’s first Program Day! The class spent the day exploring how arts and culture influence Tampa Bay far beyond the stage or gallery supporting our economy, attracting visitors, strengthening communities, expanding access, and helping shape the identity of our region.

Through conversations with leaders and visits to cultural organizations, the class saw firsthand how creativity, business, leadership, and community impact intersect across Tampa Bay. It was a day of new perspectives, meaningful connections, and a great start to the Program Day experience ahead.

A huge thank you to our Arts Day sponsors for their generous support and partnership!

Silver Sponsor: The Tampa Club
Bronze Sponsor: Ryan Companies

Your support made this year’s Arts Day possible! Our class had the privilege of going behind the scenes with local creative businesses and arts organizations—gaining a firsthand look at the dedication required to sustain them.

Cultural institutions and creative enterprises are vital to Tampa Bay’s identity and economic vitality. Experiencing what powers these spaces served as an inspiring reminder for leaders across our region to actively champion them through patronage, advocacy, and partnership.

Thank you for investing in Leadership Tampa Bay and our thriving cultural community!
