Thank you, Jennifer! 👇🏼❤️
This morning, we are about to do several shoots for different projects BEM (Brian Essary Ministries) is currently doing.
When the media team saw the design of our house, they did not want to go into studio, but use different areas of our home.
God places many different talents in all of us. And the way those talents increase, is by us, being faithful steward’s.
I am very thankful for the the gifts and talents in my wife. One of them being, she has an incredible eye for design. Not only does she make our home a place of peace and refuge, her stewardship has even saved the ministry money.
How?
Jennifer and I do not take a salary from the ministry. We do not currently take housing allowance either. This is something ordained ministers are allotted as income that goes directly to the cost of housing to be tax free. Some might agree or disagree with that, and that’s fine. Point is, we do not take it, even though we legally could.
Our other business’s (mostly in the area of real estate development, again mostly Jennifer), is what God has used to allow us to not take a salary or housing allowance. What a blessing it is to answer the call of God into ministry and not feel the pressure of it also being the source of everyday living.
Because my wife stewards well this gift in her in the area of design, we are able to do all these current shoots in our home, removing the cost of studio time! And studio time is very expensive.
I just want to give honor to Jennifer Hunt Essary because I am so thankful for the gift of God in her. I am also thankful that she consistently gives God her yes, over and again. She is not a princess to be saved, but a Queen who walks hand and hand with me.
What an awesome blessing she is, and I love and appreciate her so much.
She does so much behind the scenes, of this ministry, in the ways God uses her, that most never see!
The most important decision one can make, after accepting Jesus, is the person they marry. Find someone who is not just a believer, but is a believer who is willing to give God their yes, no matter what.
The difference between the many who are called and the few who are chosen is one simple key. The chosen say yes and steward well, the called, talk about what they will do, to never steward the gift that God has placed in them.
I am thankful that Jennifer is a person of action, and faithful stewardship. Without her, this ministry would not be what it is and what it is becoming.
