Dog Moms of Tampa Bay is looking to add new admins to our team as we head into 2027! 💗

We’re hoping to find someone who is reliable, creative, organized, communicative, and genuinely passionate about bringing Tampa Bay’s dog community together.

As an admin, you’ll help us:
🐶 Plan and coordinate dog-friendly events
📱 Help manage our social media/community
🤝 Connect with local businesses, rescues & pet-related organizations
🎉 Brainstorm new events, partnerships & fundraisers
💡 Bring your own ideas to help grow the community
🐾 Work alongside the existing admin team to plan for the year ahead

This is a volunteer position, so we’re looking for someone who understands that consistency and communication are important. You don’t have to know everything coming in, we’re looking for someone who is excited to contribute and be part of the team.

We’re hoping to fill these positions by the end of 2026, so our new admin can get settled in and be involved with planning for 2027. 🗓️

Update regarding this year’s Howliday Market…

Unfortunately, we’ve made the difficult decision to cancel the Howliday Market this year. Several of our admins have had to step away for personal reasons, which has left us with a much smaller team than we need to safely and successfully coordinate an event of that size and capacity. Rather than put on an event that doesn’t meet the experience we want for our vendors, attendees, and community, we felt cancelling this year was the best decision.

We are incredibly grateful for the support and enthusiasm our vendor community has shown us, and we hope to bring the Howliday Market back in the future when we have the team and resources in place to do it properly.

In the meantime, we have another fun opportunity coming up! 🎃

On October 24th, we’ll be hosting our Halloween Costume Contest and are currently looking for sponsors to help us put together three prize baskets for our costume contest winners.

We’d love to include local businesses and pet-friendly brands in these prize baskets and give our community the opportunity to discover and support the businesses that help make our events possible.

If you’d be interested in donating a product, gift card, service, or other item toward one of the prize baskets, we would be happy to recognize your business as a sponsor through our social media and event promotions.

It’s finally here — our Hops & Hounds Easter Egg Hunt is happening TOMORROW with Dog Moms of Tampa Bay at Two Shepherds Taproom! 🥚🐕🍻

💛 $2 of every dog admission will be donated
