Florida Harm Reduction Initiative Florida Harm Reduction Initiative’s primary focus is preventing drug related harm and its social impact by meeting people where they are at.

FHRI engages with the community through distribution of narcan, clean-use kits, and fentanyl test strips as well as providing overdose prevention, recognition and response training at no cost to anyone in need. Harm reduction involves an achievable, pragmatic approach to drug issues without coercive actions or judgement. We accept that abstinence from drug use may not be a realistic goal for drug users, and instead promote the empowerment of drug users as the primary agents in reducing drug related harms.

Until I can get it in the App Store, I took a screen recording. The timer is for someone who is beginning to use a substance can start the timer and then if they don’t respond after a certain time, the App will call 911
