Yesterday’s Intros & Insights meeting was a great one, such a good mix of new faces and interested members!

Everyone got the chance to talk with past president and Executive Committee member, Jack Seitzinger who shared what his BIABB membership has done for him and how we can help others achieve those same benefits and success.

Great conversation at today's governmental affairs meeting! 🤝 Commissioner Rick Minor joined us to share insights on District 3's growth (north Monroe area) and its future development plans. Even better, he came ready to listen.

Our members shared real feedback on the city and county permitting process, and the Commissioner made it clear: he wants to hear it all, the good, the bad, the challenges, everything.

Big thanks to our county officials for being so accessible and responsive to builders' questions and thank you to everyone who showed up and submitted feedback! 🏗️

ASK BIABB: How do I know if I'm pricing my projects correctly?

Compare your bids to completed projects. Track actual costs vs. estimates. If you're consistently under or over, adjust. Talk to peers — BIABB members often share benchmarks informally. Attend a meeting and start getting true feedback and suggestions from real life experiences. 📊

Remodelers Green Smart Council met last week with chair Paul McManus leading the discussion!

We watched a video on how to scale your business, then dug into the real stuff like hiring challenges, broken systems, and how to fix systems/processes so your jobs run better and your team performs at a higher level.
