I’m excited to be presenting at the 2026 FLAEYC Annual Conference! I hope you’ll join me in Jacksonville for a weekend of learning, connecting, and celebrating early childhood education.

I’m especially looking forward to connecting with fellow owners, directors, and educators—and sharing ideas about how we can work smarter, strengthen our programs, and spend more time focusing on what matters most: our children, families, and staff.

I hope to see you there! 💜

Let me talk to my ECE people for a minute. 🙏

We pour into children every single day. We stay late, we show up early, we give our WHOLE heart — and a lot of times, nobody asks how WE are doing.

There's an app called: "Still Standing" it was created because this field needs a space that's JUST for us. Not another training. Not another checklist. A real place to breathe, process, and know we are not alone.

Inside you'll find:
💜 An AI listener named "Still" — talk it out, any time, no judgment
💜 A community wall to share, encourage, and connect with peers
💜 A private journal — your thoughts, your space, yours alone
💜 Crisis safety protocols for when it matters most

It's free. It's built with love.

Go check it out. Share it with every ECE professional you know. Because you, WE deserve support too! 💜

Great read, but as ECE Professionals, we already knew this 😁

Want to raise successful kids? Stability in a child’s environment is the key driver of healthy development and long-term well-being.
