One last Wednesday.

Join us July 29 for the final monthly Tacoma Connect before we take an intentional pause to reimagine what’s next.

Over the last year and a half, Tacoma Connect has become so much more than a networking event. Together, we’ve built friendships, launched collaborations, supported local businesses, discovered artists, and watched a community continue to grow month after month.

As our community continues to grow, we’re taking an intentional pause to reflect, listen, and reimagine what Tacoma Connect can become.

In the meantime, we’re excited to continue bringing people together through new community projects like South Tacoma First Friday Block Party and EDISON LIVE.

This isn’t goodbye. It’s the end of one chapter and the beginning of the next.

If Tacoma Connect has ever been part of your journey—or if you’ve been meaning to come—we’d love to see you one more Wednesday.

Families are welcome at Tacoma Connect 💙

This month, Our Pod Family will be hosting a kid-friendly area during Tacoma Connect, complete with toys, drawing and painting supplies, a pop-up playpen, and baby toys.

Our Pod Family (The Pod Works, The Co-Lab, & Tacoma Children’s School) creates family-friendly spaces for work, play, learning, and connection throughout our community.

A formal event designed for the whole family, featuring dancing, family portraits, live princess and superhero appearances, and more.

Jon is a Customer Engineer at OpenRouter who helps organizations understand and use the broader AI model ecosystem. As a daily AI builder, he works with AI agents, automation, model selection, and practical workflows that help people get more done.

He’ll be helping us demystify AI agents and showing how everyday builders can begin creating useful AI helpers of their own.
