Yesterday we launched our first Tacoma Connect Growth Lab: Turning Connections into Momentum.

Thank you to Jacquelyn Rardin of Mighty House Media for leading the session, and to everyone who joined us.

Growth Lab is built to help our community grow together through new skills, sharper strategy, and stronger leadership. There’s power in coming together to refine ideas, uncover growth opportunities, and move forward with purpose.

We’ll be back with more topics soon. Stay tuned.

Most people use AI like a chat tool. Ask a question, get an answer, close the tab, start over tomorrow.

What if instead you built actual intelligence, context, and a knowledge base to deploy agents to work autonomously?

This session is about the shift: using AI as a working environment that reads your files, remembers your context, browses the web on its own, and helps you move real projects forward without starting from zero every time.

Guest spotlight: David V. Kimball, Co-Founder of lilAgents, will demo an AI agent that reads a real messy folder of business data, searches Google autonomously, visits prospect websites, researches competitors, and produces a polished outreach report. One prompt, live, in front of you.

You’ll leave with:
• A repeatable framework for using AI as a project environment, not a chat tool
• Hands-on time to build your own version during the session
• Specific prompt templates you can use tomorrow

What to bring:
A laptop with Antigravity installed (free, needs a Google account). If you don’t have it yet, you can still follow along and set it up after. Bring any files, notes, or links related to what you’re building. The more context you bring, the more you’ll get out of build time.

Agenda:
6:00 - 6:20: Welcome and Build Exchange intro
6:20 - 6:55: Guest spotlight and live demo
6:55 - 7:45: Build hour (independent work time)
7:45 - 8:00: Sharebacks and close

No prior AI experience required. Curiosity and openness are enough.
