I believe that there will come a time when people must choose to live together in harmony or choose to live in hatred and division. We must seek understanding by practicing love and realizing that our commonalities are far greater than our differences. For what do we all seek that does not lie within the essence of love, peace, understanding, respect, and acceptance. In the beginning of 2017, I d

ecided to take action and begin to promote peace within my own community. On Saturday mornings I would go to my local park and share words of peace and love while displaying two posters, one saying, "Love, Peace, & Justice for All" and the other, "War is not the Answer. Say NO to violence." Though most of the reception was positive and many locals enjoyed my PeaceCamp in the Park, I canceled my park visits due to being attacked by a disgruntled individual one Saturday morning, while protesting.... But I didn't quit. I was inspired to continue my work in other areas around my community and in March of 2017 I took my PeaceCampaign to San Francisco. Since then, I've been on a journey to promote peace everywhere and anywhere. My goal is to travel to all corners of the globe to promote peace as truly the way in which we must find hope in each other and ourselves. Much of my inspiration comes from the late Brian Haw, who was a British Peace activist who died in 2011 preserving the ideology of Love, Peace and Justice for all. RIP Brian.
