Being a social worker can be really challenging at times but I love this work. Sometimes I wonder if I ever make a difference. This week, out of the blue, I have heard from several Rockstar who have done amazing things. Their success and kind words confirms why I never give up on anyone, why I constantly remind myself of the importance in believing in someone when they can't yet believe in themselves.
