Please join us in welcoming our newest staff member Chelsea No who will serve as BNB’s Food Security and Wellness Coordinator 🌸🥹 Chelsea is truly the sunshine in every room and has a heart for the community! Learn more about her below:
Chelsea No is a visual artist, educator, and 200-hour trained yoga and Social Emotional Learning (SEL) teacher whose work explores the intersections of collective healing and sustainable living. Originally from Brooklyn and now based in Syracuse, her creative practice is deeply rooted in themes of joy, nature, spirituality, and human connection.
Her vision extends beyond the canvas and into the community through CollectiveSELF, an intentional wellness collective, and CNO Creative, a design studio dedicated to creative expression and liberation. As a multi-disciplinary educator, she works as a teaching artist and culinary instructor at Redhouse Arts Center. Driven by a commitment to climate and food justice, Chelsea serves as the Chair of Food Justice on the board of Café Sankofa, where she integrates her passion for sustainable systems with community empowerment. She was also named SOFSA’s 2026 Artist of the Year, as continues to embrace intersections of her passion for food and art.
When she isn’t creating or teaching, Chelsea finds inspiration in fashion, reading, music, and spending time in nature.
