🇺🇸⚾️ UNITED WE STAND, INFLATABLE WE FALL!

The weather was great. The games were fun. But the people? The people were AMAZING. ❤️

First and foremost, thank you to Veterans Resource Alliance (VRA) for partnering with Walking With Honor to make today happen. This whole event started because Rae has crazy ideas—and we’re apparently just crazy enough to help make them happen! 😂 Rae, thank you for bringing us along for this one.

To every team that played: Thank you for the laughs. Thank you for the competition. But most of all, thank you for showing up for our community. The enthusiasm, friendly rivalries, and willingness to look absolutely ridiculous made this a day we won’t forget! 🤣

To our volunteers and everyone who helped bring this event together, thank you for your time, energy, and hard work. And to the families, friends, and supporters who came out to cheer, connect, and enjoy the day—thank you for being part of it.

Seeing veterans, families, organizations, and supporters come together like this made every bit of planning worth it. We wanted a day where people could laugh, make connections, and feel part of a community. You all helped make that happen. ❤️

Now that we’ve had a few hours at home to sit down, we have one question: When did we get this old?! 😂 We are exhausted, everything hurts, and getting off the couch has become its own competitive sport. But we’d do it all again for this community.

There are so many people to thank, and we have more gratitude to share. For tonight, just know how much today meant to all of us at Walking With Honor.

United we stand. Inflatable we fall. Tomorrow, we’re taking ibuprofen and using the handrail. 🤣🇺🇸
