FIRST Robotics Team 8544 Sutton MA We bring the G.A.S. Grafton, Auburn, Sutton

STEAM - Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts & Math We are FIRST Team 8544, Reinforcement! GO TEAM 8544!!!

We are from Sutton Memorial High School, in Sutton, MA. We are grateful for our sponsors:
National Grid, Dupont, Mathworks, NASA and the FIRST Rookie Grant. In our rookie year 2021, during the pandemic, we held meetings online via Zoom to design, program and build our robot, The Green Cow. We competed in the FIRST at Home challenges for the 2021 season. On July 31 and August 1, 2021, we had the privilege of competing at BattleCry21, an off season competition at WPI. On Sunday we were drafted by the #5 alliance captain and we were finalists. We are now preparing for the 2021-2022 season, and we are recruiting new members. High School and 8th grade students from Sutton interested in joining should send email to [email protected].

The Sutton Robotics team will be competing at the New England Championships Thursday through Saturday. The team has their sights set high to advance to the World Championships after their win Saturday at UVM.
