Im setting a goal of 2026 American To***co Trail 10 Miler 10/10/26! I am so excited about the journey. I think that helping myself reach a goal like that puts me in a great spot for the Health First Florida Half Marathon 2/7/27.

One of the invisible battles we fight can be help seeking. Today I asked for help to buikd myself up. It can be difficult to fight the safety behaviors of isolation and self soothing. Being brave enough to say, Im having a hard time and I would benefit from some encouragement has been risky for me. I am so grateful for the people in my life who can show up for me.
