Special moment today having had the privilege to witness a ceremony honoring Vietnam veteran Paul Rosemeyer of Milan, Indiana. He was awarded this special, handmade quilt today in our Diner. Paul, an Army veteran, left for Vietnam 59 years ago today! His peers gave him the nickname “Popeye”. I’m not sure if he eats spinach, but he is definitely strong to the finish! 💪🏼🇺🇸

This Friday is about celebrating Brenda, supporting a future scholarship in her honor and welcoming others into the Post 173 family. ❤️🇺🇸

Post 173 was Brenda’s comfort zone—a place where she could laugh, have fun, be completely herself and honor one of the roles she cherished most: being the proud wife of a United States Marine.

Admission is $10 and includes a meal ticket to M&B Food Stand. Those under 21 are welcome inside the Post and in the outdoor area outside the designated b**r garden. The b**r garden is limited to guests 21 and older.

Doors open at 4 p.m., music begins at 6 p.m. and Nashville-based Elliott Booe & the Impromptus take the stage at 7 p.m.
