This Case is a stark reminder that our local education system is severely flawed and broken. A reminder that safety is not a passive condition, but a COLLECTIVE RESPONSIBILTY. We all have let our children down, and its damn time we did something about it..

Between all of the local groups, we don’t agree on everything, but the message is clear.

The former den did not jeopardize the trust of the district. How they handled it did.

Remove Prinicipal Ploeger, and the other leadership that mis-handled misconduct and failed to act before 9/2.

Elected Board memeber need to serve the community stakeholders.

Brad Saron cannot do nothing, hold no one accountable, and then collect a bonus larger that most teachers salaries.

🚨 🚨 BOARD RESPONSE 🚨 🚨
THANK YOU tonthe School Board for your written statement today!

However, it purposely fails to address any administrative leaves pending the investigations.

Our organization, and others, will have to respond that Ploeger, Sadler, kotarak, at a minimum, must be placed on leave awaiting the outcome of these investigations. Before 9/2/25. And Saron’s failure to act in any way is legally based grounds for some type of formal disciplinary action. We can’t stop until these demands are met.

Of safety is a priority, than those staff and administrator should not have continued access to record, or students until all investigations have been finalized!!

But NOT THIS TIME.
