Sun Prairie Youth Lacrosse Club Inc. Sun Prairie Lacrosse offers instruction and teams for boys & girls from 1st through 8th grade It’s never too late to start playing Lacrosse.

Called the fastest game on two feet, Lacrosse is America’s oldest game and is growing the fastest of any youth sport. It has the athleticism and finesse of soccer and basketball and the fast paced intensity of hockey. As with any athletic sport, Lacrosse is great cross-training for future athletes no matter which sport they play. The skills are easily learned. Sun Prairie Lacrosse will be offering

indoor leagues in the future and Lacrosse camps with some of the top coaches in the country. We represent all of Northeast Dane County including Sun Prairie, Deforest and Waterloo. We offer programs for 1st through 8th grades. We have dedicated ourselves to developing a kid’s first program unparalleled in Dane county.

October 4, 9:30 am- 11:00 am
Prairie View Middle School.
This event will take place outdoors behind the school, weather permitting. In the event of rain, we will move inside to the gym.
Please wear athletic clothes and cleats or sneakers, bring a water bottle, and a great attitude.

🥍 GEAR UP: HOW TO FIND THE PERFECT LACROSSE GLOVE FIT! 🧤⚡
​Properly fitted gloves do more than just protect your player’s hands—they give them the flexibility, grip, and comfort needed for great stick handling, passing, and shooting!
​Gloves that are too large make stick control sloppy, while gloves that are too small can restrict wrist movement and leave wrists exposed.
​🔍 QUICK GLOVE FIT CHECK AT HOME:
​Measure Your Hand: Measure from the base of the palm (wrist crease) to the tip of the middle finger to find your baseline size.
​Wrist Mobility: The cuff should meet the bottom of the arm pads with minimal gap, but still allow full 360-degree wrist rotation.
​Finger Fit: Fingers should reach near the ends of the glove fingers comfortably without jamming hard against the tips.

Great players are made in the spring... BUT CHAMPIONS ARE MADE IN THE SUMMER! 🏆

Starting today, we are challenging all SPYLC players to spend 4 weeks putting work on the wall.

🏅Prizes include DICK'S Sporting Goods Gift Cards and more!
