The statement below, full meeting minutes, and results certification documentation are available on our website. The Board welcomes questions or concerns via [email protected], private message, or in-person meeting.
The Board of Directors would like to thank everyone who participated in the recent vote and for your patience while the ballot certification and review process was completed.
During the second ballot review conducted on 8/3, the Board and committee members identified a small number of ballots with questions regarding proxy documentation. The review also revealed that incorrect guidance had been provided regarding when a proxy was required to return a ballot. We recognize that this created confusion, and we appreciate everyone's patience as we worked through the review to ensure the results were accurate.
Following a thorough review of all ballots, the Board and the committee agreed that the vote results could be certified.
