Hi! We’re Courtney and Daniel, the founders of Palmetto Parents. 🌴
When we moved to Summerville in 2021 as expectant parents, we found ourselves constantly searching for info about kid-friendly activities, events, and restaurants. We didn’t want to scroll endlessly through Facebook groups or dig through scattered websites—we just wanted one simple, reliable spot for local family fun.
When we realized that didn’t exist, we decided to create it!
Now, each week we send out a free email newsletter highlighting the best family-friendly things to do, places to eat, and events happening right here in Summerville—delivered to your inbox every Friday morning.
Over the past year and a half, it’s been such a joy to connect with other parents, partner with local businesses, and help build a stronger community for families in our town.
