If your household could use a little extra food this week, come see us!

📍 Church of the Nazarene Parking lot.
1300 League St. South, Sulphur Springs.
⏰ 9 AM–12 PM ‼️while supplies last.‼️

🛍️ ONE FOOD BAG PER HOUSEHOLD 🏠 🫶🏻

If your household needs food, come get a bag. We trust you to know when you need a little help.

🚗 🚙 Please stay in your vehicle and follow the traffic flow. We will bring your food bag to you.🛻🛵

These bags are made possible by people in our community donating a few cans, a few dollars, or whatever they can. That’s neighbors helping neighbors. 🫶

Food, clothes, shoes, toys, everyday essentials, and a whole lot of neighbors looking out for each other.

These pictures are from past markets. Every month looks a little different, but the kindness stays the same. No barriers. No judgment. No paperwork.

Alright y’all! Our next Free Market is October 31st! 🧡🖤🧡🖤🧡🖤🧡

This is your sign to clean out those closets, attics, pantries, and that one room you shut the door on when company comes over. 😂

Those clothes you keep saying you’ll wear? The kitchen gadgets collecting dust? The toys your kids haven’t touched since last Christmas? Let’s give them a new home!

Okay, seriously, I need y’all to SHARE this because we barely have anything for October’s Free Market right now!! We have neighbors counting on us, and we need your help filling those tables. 🧡🖤🧡🖤🧡🖤🧡🖤🧡🖤🧡🖤🧡

Please donate clean, usable items and unopened, unexpired food. If it’s broken, stained beyond saving, or growing its own Halloween costume… please sit that one out. 🤣

🛒What’s one little grocery tip that’s helped you save money?🛒

Groceries are expensive, and figuring out how to feed everyone on a budget can be exhausting. I thought we could help each other by sharing what’s working in our own kitchens. 🧑🏼‍🍳 🥦🌮🥫🍝🌭🧇

I’ll go first! With hamburger meat running about $7 a pound or more, we’ve been using frozen ground turkey for years. And for $1.98 a pound!! We use it for everything we’d use ground beef for. And you honestly can’t tell the difference!

Maybe you have a cheaper swap your family loves, an easy meal that stretches, or a store where you’ve found good deals. We’d love to hear it! Tell us where you found it if you can. 😊

It doesn’t have to be a big tip or a fancy recipe. Something that seems small to you could be a big help to another neighbor. ❤️💙🖤

Feeding Neighbors in Hopkins County has been named a 2026 Best of Texas winner in the Charitable Organizations category! 🥹🫶🏻🎉

Y’all… BEST OF TEXAS!! Just over a year ago, we were getting started in a backyard. We still don’t have a building of our own, but look at what we’ve built together. 😭❤️🖤💙

To our volunteers, donors, supporters, and everyone who believes in us, THANK YOU. Every donation, shared post, and hour you give helps us keep showing up for our neighbors.

Ok, 4 things because I don’t want to make too many posts and get on y’all’s nerves with over posting.

1. We have enough plastic bags. 🤣 We appreciate yall coming through and yall have us stocked up for a while! Keep saving them because you never know when we will need more.

2. We have 25 meal kits sponsored so far out of 300! That’s a pretty good start! If you want to sponsor a meal kit they are $5.50 each! Pm me! We also have an Amazon wishlist I’ll post in comments just for the meal kits.

3. Walmart has corn and green beans on roll back for 50¢ a can! We use canned vegetables all the time for meal kits, emergency boxes and food box Mondays! We can never have too many! Seriously.

4. Please see the pinned post for all of our drop off locations! Parks Recycling is matching donations so if you can make it over there we’d appreciate it!
