Last Friday night, we kicked off the Beats N Pedals festival with a powerful panel discussion on what it truly means to build and sustain our community. My message was clear: we need to pull everyone back together.

Whether you’re a coach, teacher, civic leader, politician, lawyer, doctor, or business owner, every single one of us has a role to play. You don't need a special title to make a difference—you just need the willingness to lean in and mentor the next generation.
Our youth need us now more than ever. Let’s stop standing on the sidelines and start reconnecting our village.

Hands-on experience in action! 🧳💪

​Our young men from Becoming a Man Without a Man (BMWM) recently teamed up with Asphalt Lots to handle porter duty for Carnival Cruise lines.

​By helping passengers with their luggage, our participants earned meaningful work experience, completed community service hours, and built strong workforce skills for the future.
