🍎 Fuel Our Faculty: May 4–8 is Teacher Appreciation Week! 🍎
It’s almost time to celebrate the heartbeat of CCES! From May 4–8, we’re showing our amazing teachers and staff just how much we appreciate their hard work, and we need your help to keep them fueled all week long.
We’re looking for families, community members, and local businesses to sponsor or provide a meal for our hardworking team.
How you can get involved:
💰 Sponsor a Meal: You provide the funds, and PATHs handles the ordering and delivery!
🥘 Provide a Meal: Organize a catered spread or a delicious breakfast or lunch to be delivered to the school.
Whether you're a local business looking to give back or a family wanting to say "thank you," your support makes this week unforgettable!

🚨 EVENT UPDATE: Donkey Basketball Rescheduled 🚨

Due to unsafe road conditions and extreme temperatures between Ohio and our location, Donkey Ball Entertainment has made the difficult decision to reschedule our upcoming Donkey Basketball event. The safety of the traveling animals and the crew is their top priority.

What you need to know:

New Date: We are currently working to finalize a new date and will share it here as soon as it is confirmed.
Tickets: All pre-sale bracelets will be honored and remain valid for the rescheduled date.
Refunds: If you cannot make the new date, you may bring your bracelet to the CCES office for a refund, or contact us directly to make other arrangements.
We apologize for the late notice and appreciate your patience as we prioritize safety. Stay tuned for further updates!

📣📣2 THINGS‼️
☝🏻Keep filling out those reading cards for your child to earn a prize at the end of the month. Even if you’re reading a book as a family, that counts! 5th and 6th grade students can easily acquire the minutes needed to fill theirs out as they read their novels for Mrs. Matile’s class!
✌🏻Mrs. Cahoone still needs parents to keep sending in those pictures of your kids reading at home! They get displayed every week on the digital bulletin board in the library. The students are always excited to see who was caught reading at home!

The kids are LOVING the “caught reading at home” pics I’ve been displaying in the library! I came up with a “book fairy” story where I said I hired a professional book fairy to peek in on them at home and send me pictures if they’re caught reading. If they talk about the book fairy, that’s what they’re referring to. Keep sending me those pics! It’s been SUPER FUN! Even the older kids are getting a kick out of it.

Email the pics to [email protected] 😄

Keep filling out those reading cards! Happy reading!

🎃👻October marks the first month of our PATHS reading program! To get kids excited for reading, we’re encouraging PARENTS and family members to “catch” your child reading at home! Email a picture of your Bullpup reading their library (or any 📚) at home and it just might show up on Mrs. Cahoone’s digital bulletin board in the library at school! What a surprise for them when they get to see themselves appear before their classmates reading a book at HOME! 🏡 Be sure to fill out those reading cards as well!

Email your picture to Mrs. Cahoone at [email protected]

Happy reading!! Go BULLDOGS! ❤️🐾
