Lordship Improvement Association Since 1924, the LIA's mission has been to enhance and preserve the distinctive character and natural beauty of the Lordship waterfront community.

It’s a little known secret. Even some long-time residents don’t know. The Bluffs—the 8.4 acres from the southern edge of Park Boulevard to the high water mark of the Sound, and from the western edge of Lordship Road to the western edge of Spruce Street—are owned by the residents of Lordship. Held in a land trust by the Lordship Improvement Association, The Bluffs belong to us. The LIA is 501(c)(3) organization.
