Last night, our community lost a truly remarkable man.

Micheal Johnson of the Dane County Boys & Girls Club was the kind of person who showed up, gave back, and made a difference wherever he went. At our Comedy for a Cause event this past March, Michael graciously took on the role of asking for donations in support of Hero Center of Wisconsin. He did it with passion, authenticity, and a genuine heart for helping others.

But Michael’s impact reached far beyond a single event. He was a dedicated advocate for young people, a leader in our community, and someone who consistently worked to make Dane County a better place for everyone.

We are incredibly grateful for the support, kindness, and encouragement he gave to Hero Center of Wisconsin. His legacy will live on through the countless lives he touched, the opportunities he created for others, and the example he set through a life of service.

Please keep Michael’s family, friends, and all those at the Dane County Boys & Girls Club in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.

Thank you, Michael. Your impact will not be forgotten.
