Cleveland School Remembers

Cleveland School Remembers Organization founded by survivors of the 1989 Cleveland School Shooting in Stockton, California. From that meeting, we decided to work to initiate change.

Motivated by the Sandy Hook School shooting that took place in December 2012, a group of teachers and staff, from Cleveland School met for support. What began as a group of friends supporting each other has evolved into an organized effort to research and support legislation to prevent gun violence. As of March 10, 2013, we became Cleveland School Remembers. As of August 8, 2016, we joined the nat

ional campaign against gun violence and became Cleveland School Remembers-Brady, a California Chapter.
