The Chinese Cultural Society of Stockton proudly presents the 33rd Annual Chinese New Year Celebration Sunday, March 6th, at the Stockton Civic Auditorium. Entry is a $2.00 donation at the door and includes a raffle ticket for prizes at the end of the festival (need not be present at time of drawing to win). Raffle prizes include:
$300 top prize
$100 second prize
$50 third prize
TWO $25 prizes

Opening festivities will begin at 11 am with a performance by the Vietnamese Buddhist Youth Association. There will be continuous entertainment throughout the day with a stunning acrobatic performance by the San Francisco Lion Troupe at 2 pm. Bring your appetite as there will be plenty of Dim Sum as well as other Chinese delicacies available for purchase. Stockton chefs Denny and Jack Ju of New Yen Ching Restaurant will demonstrate the art of hand pulled noodles and how to make pot stickers, with two cooking demonstrations, at 12:15 pm and 1:15 pm, South Hall. There will be fun for the whole family with children’s workshops and activities. Street Parking is free on Sundays! Chinese New Year Celebration
