Our community really showed up for the 6th Annual Yosemite Street Village Easter Egg Hunt and we’re so grateful to everyone who helped make it such a joyful day on the block 🐣 Over 4,500 eggs were placed throughout The Village and nearby homes, bringing families, neighbors, and friends together for a morning filled with music, bubbles, kids crafts in Umbrella Alley, and plenty of smiles. The Easter Bunny even made his rounds handing out golden eggs, adding an extra bit of magic for the kiddos. This event truly is a labor of love, made possible by the merchants on the block, neighbors who stepped in to volunteer this year, and our generous donors who continue to support these traditions. A big thank you as well to Councilmember Mario Enriquez for the support and to The Record and Stocktonia for capturing the day and sharing it with the wider community. We’re proud to celebrate the spirit of our historic Yosemite Street Village, where each event keeps growing bigger and better. Volunteers, YSV board members, and committee members have been busy behind the scenes stuffing eggs for this year’s Yosemite Street Village Easter Egg Hunt 🐣 With over 4,500 eggs being filled and hidden, the kiddos will have two waves of egg hunts so everyone gets a chance to join the fun. Join us Saturday, April 4th, where the egg hunt begins at 10AM (while supplies last) followed by free crafts and block activities at 10:30 AM, plus sweet treats and plenty of fun in Umbrella Alley. Keep an eye out for the Easter Bunny, who will be passing out golden eggs around the block or relaxing on his throne waiting for photos with the kids. It’s a free neighborhood event made possible by local donations and YSV businesses, and we can’t wait to see the block filled with families and smiles.
