A big day for Stanislaus Surf and for soccer in the Central Valley.
Today, The ECNL officially announced that Stanislaus Surf has been promoted from ECNL Regional League to ECNL for the 2026-27 season. This is a major milestone that reflects years of work from players, families, coaches, and staff. We are proud to have supported Jose, Stanislaus Surf, and this journey over the past several months.
This promotion is not something that gets handed out. ECNL has consistently stated that movement within the platform is based on performance, standards, infrastructure, and long-term club development. For our players and families, this creates a direct pathway into one of the highest levels of youth soccer in the country while continuing to build opportunities locally in the Central Valley.
What makes this even more meaningful is where this started. A few years ago, the idea of clubs from our region competing at this level was viewed as unrealistic by many people. Today, Stanislaus Surf joins the ECNL platform because the players earned it on the field and the club committed to building the right environment off the field.
Thank you to every player, parent, coach, manager, supporter, and staff member who helped build this. We are proud of Jose, his family, and everyone who played a role in making today a reality.
