Slept most of the day today. Also took time to read all of the warning labels on my medicine bottles, the one says "avoid exposure to direct and or artificial sunlight while taking this medication". Now I know why when the sun came in the window and was shining on my foot why it felt like it was on fire. So looks like I will be on house arrest again while I take this medicine only allowed out after dark.

Well I made it through getting several million radiation beads put into the right side of my liver. I will find out in 6 weeks if this worked and if it did I can have the left side done.

The Doctor said she spent several hours talking with other Doctors in this field including the one that created this treatment as (of course) my liver is not like everyone else's they said mine is so different.

Starting to fill funny now as the radiation is kicking in, they gave me pills to take to keep the side effects from knocking me down.

All was good until they told me I could not spend any time with Maddie for at least a week, going to be a long 7 days now. Good thing I took her to the zoo yesterday!

Thank you all for the well wishes and all of the prayers to keep me going. It has help more than people think and I do very much appreciate all of your support.

Getting ready to go to the benefit for me and my family. I can hardly see while typing this as I have to keep wiping my eyes as this is hard for me to accept so much kindness from others, for me and my family. I want to thank everyone for everything they have done for me and the family.

It makes me feel good doing for others and that is what I look forward to everyday.

I want to thank
Jenny, Hope and Halley Ellis.
For their donation to MOCO Team Blue.

To Brandy Apperson for asking others to support MOCO Team Blue in honor of your mother ( Linda Kinney ). I went to the police academy in 1986 with her and she made the class fun and had many interesting stories to tell.

Again thank you Brandy and sorry for your loss.

On the funny side of this, last night when I got ready to go to bed as I was putting on my pajama bottoms on I looked down where my incision is and found a warning label could not read it as it is upside down for me so had to have Jenny read it to me. So I now have a warning label on my groin.

So beware around me as I have a dangerous groin.

Thank all of you for the support as I now put this aside and am moving on.

Again thank you all for the prayers an well wishes. Rocky

Hope this works.
