Run Announcement - Mile 2,248 (Arabella's 2nd Mile)

On Friday evening, October 9th, Arabella will be running one-mile (weather permitting) carrying the Blue Fine Line Flag in honor of fallen Denton Police Department (MD) Chief of Police George W. Bacorn, Jr.

The run will take place at 6:00PM ET in Ocala, Florida. We encourage folks from across the nation join us by taking a 1-mile walk or run in your own communities to honor this fallen hero.

Spending time with the Family, Coworkers the many Law Enforcement Officers and the Caring Community of Denton Md. as they all came out to share memories, show respect and Honor Chief George Bacorn and he was returned home to the town that meant so much to him.

On behalf of the Blue Star Law Enforcement Family Survivors this was such an honor to share in this tribute, despite the rain and sometimes windy weather.

The rain drops never dampened the love and caring that was and will continue to be shared in the Denton Community long into the future.

Chief Bacorn Will Never Be Forgotten and the Blue Star Law Enforcement Family Survivors Will Always Be Available to Support the Family and Coworkers.

Blue Star Law Enforcement Family Survivors sends our deepest condolences and sympathies to the family of Chief George Bacorn Jr. and Co-workers of Denton Police Department. The Chief lost his life this morning. They are all in our thoughts and prayers. We remain available for any help and support. 💙🙏💙🙏 y

The Blue Star Law Enforcement Family Survivors sends our deepest prayers of comfort to the family and co-workers of Captain Ronald Hinson of the Cambridge Police Dept.

Captain passed away yesterday. Leaving behind a wife and five children. Along with many co-workrs and friends.
At this time I do not have complete details to pass along.
Please keep them all in your prayers in the upcoming days.

I hope everyone has enjoyed the Olympic Games, as they come to an end. I hope you are all prepared for the upcoming snow today, please stay safe.
Blue Star Law Enforcement Survivors meeting have been schedule for the next 3 months. They are: March 26th, April 15th, and May 13th. All of these meetings will be held at the American Legion in Stevensville. All of these meetings will begin at 7:00 pm. Lit. Deb will be sending out a notice about these meetings also. They will be in person, and we will have a google meet notice attached. But, we really want to see everyone!

Thank You goes out to All of the Survivors who supported the Bingo Game yesterday, that will sponsored by the Hogs and Heroes Foundation Md. 8 . Please always remember it is important to support organizations who support us !!!
