Hello Family!

We would like to share an opportunity with our Filipino American community
Dr. Minji Kim, an assistant professor at the University of South Carolina Arnold School of Public Health, is conducting a National Institutes of Health (NIH)–funded research study focused on understanding and improving culturally appropriate smoking cessation messages for Filipino Americans.

They are currently recruiting Filipino American adults to participate. Eligible participants will complete a short online survey (about 5 minutes) and a one-hour Zoom interview with bilingual researchers (English or Tagalog). Participants who complete all study components will receive a $50 online gift card as a thank-you for their time.

If you or someone you know may be interested, you can check eligibility through this screener link:

Helping research like this supports better health awareness and resources for our community. Please feel free to share this post and help spread the word. Thank you for always supporting initiatives that uplift Filipino Americans.

Maligayang Pasko at Manigong Bagong Taon, mga Kababayan! 🎄✨

Masaganang Pagbati,

Emrah at Eleanor Cicos
(FilAm USA Administrator)
