Our back pack giveaway has been on the move.
We were able to distribute over 100 book bags to families in South Beach, Todt Hill, and the Berry Homes.

We also donated 15 backpacks to P.S./I.S. 48 and stocked the homeschool room at SIUH Pediatric Oncology with much-needed school supplies. 📚✏️🎒

We are incredibly grateful to everyone who donated and helped make this possible. Your generosity allows us to support children and families throughout our community and help them start the school year prepared and confident.

This past week, the Council had the amazing opportunity to distribute 203 backpacks to the children of Sunrise Day Camp! We are so grateful to have been able to support these incredible children and families.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who donated and helped make this possible, especially our friends at the District Attorney’s Office, SIPPS, Chase Bank, 1199, and the many others who contributed to filling these backpacks.

Your generosity truly makes a difference. Thank you for helping us give these children a little extra joy as they head into the new school year! 🎒📚❤️
