Last Sunday, February 20th, concluded THON weekend 2022. The THON Chairs are so excited to share with you that PBL had an extremely successful weekend! The Harmon family was able to attend and the brotherhood had an awesome time meeting Kari, Miranda, Katelyn, and Chelsea in-person. The Parhams were unable to come to State College, but kept in-touch throughout the weekend. All four of our dancers stood the whole 46 hours, with brothers constantly supporting them in the stands. It was a lot of the brothers' first in-person THON, since last year's was virtual, and it was amazing seeing them experience this weekend with the guidance of older brothers.
As mentioned throughout the year, PBL had a goal to raise $50,000. We are both extremely excited and proud to share that we ended up raising a PBL record of $88,719.66! This total placed us #4 on the general organization fundraising leaderboard. Seeing PBL come up on the screen at the end of THON weekend was a moment that the brothers will remember forever. A year's worth of hard work fundraising and spreading awareness paid off, much thanks to your help as alumni. Your support this year was incredible and we are so grateful to have such caring, generous alumni. You all speak to PBL's motto of "Big Business, Bigger Family." The brotherhood thanks you for your desire to support a cause as powerful as THON and hopes for your continued support in the future.
