Parents for Public Schools Starkville is offering a pre-order t-shirt for the annual Tailgates & Touchdowns event! Both a performance-style and Bella Canvas brand shirt will be offered. Orders must be placed by Friday, August 10, as shirts will be delivered the following Friday. Please submit completed order form and payment to your child's homeroom teacher the first week of school! Thanks for your support!

This is a great opportunity for rising kindergarteners and their families to see exactly what kind of excellence is happening every day at Sudduth Elementary! Several parents have asked why the Starkville Oktibbeha School District Trustee wasn't on their ballot. This is the first election to have an Oktibbeha County resident represented on the School Board. Only country residents vote in this election. The Starkville Board of Aldermen still appoint the city representatives.

Thanks to everyone who came out for our Homecoming Tailgate! What a great night celebrating the Jackets! Special thanks to Costume Party for providing our photo booth, and Southern Tradition Tailgating for bringing the tailgating truck!

Thank you PPS Starkville for hosting tonight's Homecoming Tailgate and thank you for supporting the Jacket nation! What a fun, festive kickoff to tonight's Homecoming game as we celebrated with a lot of Jacket spirit.
