🍆 Did you know eggplants are actually berries, not vegetables? Part of the nightshade family, they grow from a flower and contain seeds, just like tomatoes and peppers. Plus, they're packed with fiber and antioxidants!

We're growing Asian Eggplant, Goudi Eggplant and Dancer Eggplant. Stop by our Farmstand to pick up some fresh eggplant for your next meal!
