Did you know that Fairgate Farm has a hydroponics facility right across the street? This is a temperature – and light-controlled room where we grow hundreds of different plants using a water-based mineral nutrient solution instead of soil.

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who participated in our first-ever Rooted culinary showcase last Thursday night!

It was a beautiful fall evening at the Stamford Museum & Nature Center's Knobloch Family Farmhouse, and we couldn't have asked for a better partner than the Museum.

We’re incredibly grateful to our sponsors and all the food and beverage vendors who brought their passion and delicious offerings. Every dollar raised will go right back into keeping Fairgate Farm running strong and strengthening food security in Stamford.

We can’t wait to welcome everyone back next year!
