Did you know you may feel less thirsty when the weather gets cooler?

Even when you’re not sweating in the summer heat, your body still needs adequate fluids to support digestion, circulation, temperature regulation, and normal body functions.
Keep water nearby throughout the day, and remember that foods like soups, fruits, and vegetables can contribute to your fluid intake, too.

Your water bottle isn’t just for summer! 🍂💧

Rest is part of caring for your health, too.
In a culture that celebrates staying busy, it can be easy to feel like slowing down is unproductive. But our bodies and minds need time to rest, recover, and recharge.

As you head toward the weekend, give yourself permission to slow down—get enough sleep, step outside, spend time with the people you love, and make room for prayer.

And on Sunday, remember to care for your soul, too. Rest in the Lord, attend Mass, and allow time with Him to renew you for the week ahead.

In moments of joy, uncertainty, illness, or suffering, the Cross reminds us that we are never without Christ’s love.
May we carry that reminder with us today and extend His love to those entrusted to our care. 🤍
Venerable Fulton J. Sheen, pray for us.

St. Joseph of Cupertino (1603–1663)
Known as the “Flying Friar”, he was so overcome with love for God that he would literally levitate in prayer.

Despite struggles with learning, distraction, and rejection, Joseph became a humble Franciscan priest and is now the patron saint of students, test-takers, and those with learning differences.

His life reminds us: God can lift us higher than we ever imagine.
