AI (Artificial Intelligence) is technology that helps computers learn, solve problems, and complete tasks that normally require human thinking.

You may already use AI more than you realize! AI can help you:

📝 Write emails and documents

🌎 Translate languages
🎤 Recognize voices
💡 Make suggestions based on information

You can find AI in tools like ChatGPT, Siri, Alexa**, and many of the apps and websites you use every day.

⚠️ Remember: AI can be helpful, but it can also make mistakes. Always double-check important information and use AI as a helper—not your only source.

Restart and Shut Down are not exactly the same!

🔄 RESTART: Turns your computer off and immediately starts it again. Restarting is a great first troubleshooting step when your computer is slow, frozen, or just not working correctly.

⏻ SHUT DOWN: Turns your computer off so you can leave it powered down when you're finished using it.

💡 TECH TIP: Computer acting strange? Try restarting it before assuming something is broken. Sometimes a fresh start is all it needs!

Small tech skills can make a BIG difference.
