Heydays HQ Heydays is a new meeting space, content studio and event venue for the community. Come hang! Want more connection tips, tricks and tidbits?

Check out my book "Hey Friend: 100 Ways to Connect with 100 People in 100 Days." It's a must-read, a fun read and the ultimate guide to teaching people how to meet new peeps. In this book, readers learn how to: make friends everywhere (on planes, on trains, in lines and while they dine); be connectors not networkers and yes there's a difference; connect with 21st-century techniques like hashtags, swag, podcasts, retweets and street teams; share their "who" not their "do" when meeting peeps that are new and use 100 creative techniques to curate new friendships while cultivating the friendships they already have.

We got a dogā€¦kinda šŸ¶šŸ§”

08/21/2026

Ignore my husband and read my letterā€¦

A letter to a friend:
Getting older can make you feelā€¦forgotten.

It can make you feel like youā€™ve done all of these dope and amazing things but somehow, some way, one day you woke up feeling like Effie from the Dreamgirls screaming and singing, ā€œdonā€™t forget about me.ā€

Itā€™s the weirdest feeling.

But the truth is, you havenā€™t been forgotten; youā€™ve just done all the things.

Youā€™ve gotten the awards, served on the boards, accomplished your goals and done all the roles.

Youā€™ve empowered and inspired thousands and the box that youā€™re in, that youā€™ve been in, is now too small for you and your next growth spurt is way overdue.

Itā€™s time for you to seek bigger boxes, bigger goals, bigger roles and bigger opportunities. Itā€™s time to evolve and to stop thinking small.

Because you my friend have not been forgotten, youā€™re just getting started.

Never give up!!! šŸ§”

My new obsession ā€”> Think Weeks & Weekends

Friend, please get away for a day, weekend or week just to think. I started this a few months ago and now I canā€™t stop.

Itā€™s time for me to pause and sit with my thoughts, process things and dream.

Best decision ever.

Try it and let me know what you think.
See what I did there šŸ˜‚

PSā€¦this beautiful space is Robinson Family Farms. Go visit friend. Youā€™ll be glad you did.
