Construction Opportunities - Brickline Greenway North Connector Phases #2 & #3

Important next steps for all potential bidders:

**Bid Questions: All questions related to the bid opportunities should be submitted through BidExpress by 2:00pm CST on Tuesday, September 8, 2026

**Addendum 02: Clarifications and answers to questions submitted timely through BidExpress will be issued on Tuesday, September 15, 2026.

**Bids Due: Bids must be submitted by 2:00pm CST electronically through BidExpress or sealed hard copies can be delivered to the Great Rivers Greenway office located at 3745 Foundry Way, Suite 253, St. Louis, MO 63110

**Contracts Authorized: Construction contracts are anticipated to be authorized by GRG’s Board of Directors in November (on or around November 10; date to be confirmed).

North Grand Businesses Are Open!!

Yes, construction is happening. Yes, things may look a little different.

But every restaurant, shop, neighborhood spot, and community space on North Grand is STILL OPEN and needs the love of the people right now.

The Brickline Greenway project is about building a safer, stronger St. Louis.

In four years of study, North Grand saw:
• 700+ accidents
• 308 injuries
• 17 disabling injuries
• 7 fatalities

Now the city and community are working together with Great Rivers Greenway to transform one of the most dangerous streets in the country into a safer, more connected place for everybody.
• Walk safer
• Ride bikes easier
• Catch the #70 Grand bus smoother
• Roll wheelchairs more comfortably
• Push strollers with ease
• Enjoy new trees, public art & community spaces

And while the work continues, the businesses, neighborhoods, organizations, parks, and people along North Grand still need us to show up.

So be patient with the process… because the vision is bigger than the inconvenience.
