We’re excited for Trunk to Treat tonight!!! As a reminder, the lower parking lot will close at 4:15 to allow trunk set up from 4:15-5:30. Trunk-or-Treaters will start promptly at 6pm!!! Don’t forget there will be food and dessert trucks in attendance!

We can't believe how fast the school year is flying by! Parent Teacher Conferences are next week 😱 Our teachers have been working hard to asses our students for the new year and driving the train for their continued growth! To say thank you, the PTO is providing Spooky Snacks to give them some energy while they juggle conferences on top of their normal classroom routines!

Please consider donating individually packaged items to the Spooky Snacks by sending with your student, dropping off at the Bierbaum office, or sending an order from your phone through the Amazon wishlist QR code.

Trunks are asked to provide 5 bags of candy to start the night, and the Candy Monster will keep the sweet treats coming!

🍎💙 Happy National Principals Month! 💙🍎

Today, we’re celebrating two people who mean so much to our Bierbaum family — Dr. Paul Morris and Mrs. Erin Rendon! 🦬💙

Bierbaum is incredibly lucky to have leaders who do so much more than lead. They show up for our kids, encourage them when they need it most, celebrate their successes, support our teachers and staff, and work every day to make Bierbaum a place where our students feel valued, supported, and loved.

The impact you both have on our school reaches far beyond the classroom. The little moments, the encouraging words, the smiles in the hallway, and the countless decisions made with our kids at heart — they all matter. ❤️

To make sure everyone has a treat they can enjoy please consider candy alternatives such as pretzels, gold fish, temporary tattoos, small toys, bubbles, stickers, bouncy balls and glow sticks!

Worried about sending your treat donation with your student? No problem!

Trunk Registration Is Open!
We need YOU to decorate a trunk! Gather your crew, dream up a spooktacular theme, and get ready to welcome our Bierbaum trick-or-treaters!

SCAN THE QR CODE AND REGISTER YOUR TRUNK TODAY! Spots are limited, and registration will CLOSE as soon as all spots are filled—so don’t wait to claim yours!
Our Trunk-or-Treat is Friday, October 16th from 6:00–7:30 PM.

A Few Important Things to Know:
Safety is KEY! Trunk setup will be open from 4:15–5:30 PM. Trunk-or-Treat begins promptly at 6:00 PM, and no vehicles will be allowed to drive in after 5:30 PM as trick-or-treaters will begin arriving.

Each registered trunk is asked to provide 5 bags of candy or candy-alternative items. Our Candy Monster will help keep the treats flowing throughout the evening!

In addition to all the Trunk-or-Treat fun, we’ll have THREE food trucks serving up goodies for purchase!

🍬 HELP FILL THE CANDY MONSTER!
The Candy Monster Donation Bin will be available October 1–16! If you can, please send in a bag (or two!) of nut-free candy or non-edible treats to help keep our trunks stocked all night. Every donation helps make Trunk-or-Treat a little sweeter—and gives our trunks a chance to keep the treats coming! Look for the Candy Monster Bin at school and drop your donation anytime between October 1–16. 👻🍭

Some of our teachers are going to have quite the new ink collection on Monday! Keep that loose change coming! We have two more days to submit your coin drive tattoo fund orders! No dollar or dime is too small and every bit helps us in reaching our goal for new playground picnic tables!

Before Day 3's donations are added..... Mr. Ruzicka is in the lead for classroom teachers! Followed by Dr. Morris from the admin and support staff! Can anyone rise above Mr. Ruzicka or Dr. Morris? Stay tuned for more updates!
