📣 Calling all parents, grandparents, aunts & uncles and community members— Bierbaum Elementary School PTO needs your help!

It’s time to get colorful! Our annual Color Run is happening on Monday, May 18th, and we couldn't be more excited to see our students out on the field!

While many schools only allow students to participate if they reach a specific donation goal, at Bierbaum, every single student participates in the fun, regardless of whether their family is able to donate.

Last year, thanks to your incredible generosity, we hit our $8,00 goal, which allowed us to purchase brand-new swings for our playground. Those swings were recently installed and we are just waiting on a fresh layer of mulch for safety before the kids can start using them.

This year, our goal is again $10,000 as we look to add even more excitement to our campus, including a new Gaga Ball pit, additional picnic tables, and other equipment to make recess the best part of the day. Thank you for making Bierbaum such a wonderful place to learn and play!

A huge THANK YOU to Huggies and PTO Today for the opportunity to win FREE Huggies wipes during Teacher Appreciation Week! 🧡

Your generosity and support mean so much to our staff and families. It’s moments like these that remind us how lucky we are to have such a caring community behind us.

We truly appreciate you helping us celebrate our incredible teachers in such a fun and meaningful way!

Our two amazing helpers passed out some wipes and information to teachers this morning!

This week, we proudly celebrate ALL of the incredible individuals who make our school such a special place. From our teachers to our support staff—paraprofessionals, office staff, custodians, cafeteria teams, specialists, and everyone in between—you are the heart of our school community.

Your dedication, patience, and care do not go unnoticed. You go above and beyond every single day to support, guide, and inspire our students, and we are so grateful for the impact you make.

Because of you, our students feel safe, encouraged, and empowered to learn and grow. 💙

Next week is Teacher Appreciation Week, and we are so excited to celebrate all of the incredible adults who show up for your children every single day. From our teachers and paraprofessionals to our office staff, custodians, and everyone in between, Bierbaum is filled with people who are deeply committed to your kids. We are grateful for each and every one of them.

Our PTO has come up with some great ideas for ways your family can show appreciation this week. No gesture is too small, and our staff truly feels the love when families take a moment to say thank you.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for the Adults Only Trivia Night supporting Bierbaum Elementary School and Buerkle Middle School!

Your support, laughter, and friendly competition made the night an incredible success. From decorating tables to answering trivia questions and participating in games and raffles, the energy in the room was amazing.

We are so grateful to our volunteers, donors, and everyone who purchased tickets and participated. Because of you, we are able to continue supporting our students, teachers, and school programs.

Thank you for helping us make this event such a fun and memorable night for our school community. We can’t wait to do it again next year!!

Our PTO is excited to announce that we are partnering with EDUKits for the 2026–2027 school year!
