Harvest Season Has Arrived at CAASTLC Seeds of Hope Farm!

The team at CAASTLC Seeds of Hope Farm has been hard at work planting, cultivating, and nurturing our crops, and now we are excited to harvest some of the finest fresh vegetables in the community!

We invite you and your family to join us for our "Cooking with the Farmers" (Randy and John) on Thursday, June 6. This free community gathering is an opportunity to enjoy fresh farm-to-table food, learn healthy cooking techniques, connect with neighbors, and experience the joy of wholesome nourishment for both the body and soul.

This event is FREE and open to the public.

Bring your family, bring your friends, and come celebrate the harvest with us as we share good food, fellowship, and the fruits of our labor.

Register today and reserve your spot.

It’s a fact: programs are highly popular and effective because they help strengthen families and communities every single day. Whether it’s Reentry, Employment & Entrepreneurship, Step Up to Leadership, Poverty Simulations, Seeds of Hope Farm, or the Food Pantry — this work is necessary for the success and prosperity of our communities. 💙
We would like to extend a heartfelt THANK YOU to the graduating 7th grade class from John Burroughs School for volunteering their time in our Food Pantry and for collecting and donating much-needed items including diapers, cleansing wipes, toilet paper, Kleenex, and paper towels.
The students not only volunteered on Tuesday, March 3rd; they returned to help fill our shelves May 21st alongside the leadership of Ethan, Tony and others! Their generosity, compassion, and commitment to serving others is a reminder that community action starts at every age.
Congratulations on your graduation and to kudos to your outstanding service! Thank you for making a difference in the lives of local families!
