K1QA Amateur Radio Society

We are an amateur radio club made up of members who seek only to further the advancement of the hobby through friendship, fraternity, education and advancement; the true hallmarks of ham radio.

We are decentralized in that we are headquarted in no specific location. Some of our members formerly lived near each other and served as officers of several former and present amateur radio clubs, operated wide-area repeater systems, participated in numerous contests, taught amateur radio classes and conducted licensing examinations.

Having scattered to various locations throughout the United States, our intent is to maintain old friendships and meet new friends through amateur radio.

Any licensed radio amateur (worldwide) may apply for membership in this society. We charge no dues, have no bank account, and will not ask anyone for money or any commitment. Any information submitted to us through the Internet is confidential, although if you seek to join, your first name, callsign and location may be listed on our membership page.
