Missouri voters have done everything that we were required to do to block the politicians’ power grab.

We turned in enough signatures, and Hoskins knows from his own signature count reports that we turned in enough signatures.

Join People Not Politicians MO this Friday, May 15 at 12pm outside SOS Hoskins’ office to demand he certify the referendum.

RSVP here: https://www.mobilize.us/pnpmo/event/954629/

Politicians are spinning this ruling to confuse voters and try to stop our momentum. But here's the truth: Missouri voters did everything required to block the gerrymander. The Supreme Court ruled “it is impossible to say” which map is in effect until a sufficient number of signatures is known. The Secretary of State's own documents already confirm we have enough.

Hoskins is playing political games by delaying certification, but that won't last. We need everyone informed, energized, and ready to push forward!

The Supreme Court just changed the rules of the game. 🏛️⚖️

They claim to be protecting voting rights, but the reality is starkly different. We've broken down the myths vs. the facts behind the Louisiana v. Callais ruling and what it means for fair maps in Missouri and beyond.

The fight for fair representation isn't over; it's entering a new phase. That's why we need to organize, register, and show up louder than ever.

Join us: Tuesday, May 12 | 10am – 12pm CT at the MO Supreme Court. Let's prove Missourians won't let gerrymandering steal our right to a fair vote.

The frustration this Tax Day isn't about paying taxes; it's about unfairness. Missourians are working harder and paying their fair share. Billionaires are making record profits, slashing wages, and dodging taxes. And yet, we're being asked to give them more handouts?

Our tax dollars belong in strong schools, safe roads, and healthy communities, NOT in the pockets of billionaires!

Governor Kehoe and Speaker Patterson are pushing HJR 173/174, the "Everything Tax" scheme. This isn't just bad policy; it's a betrayal. While working families are drowning in the cost of groceries, rent, and healthcare, this bill hands a $40,000 tax cut to the ultra-wealthy while raising costs for everyone else.

Make your voice heard: Email your representatives today and demand they vote NO on The Everything Tax HJR 173/174 bit.ly/MOProtecttheIncomeTax

NO MORE.

It's time to choose PEOPLE OVER PROFITS.

Stand with us. Speak out. Demand better. ✊🔥

💥BREAKING💥
Today, the Missouri Supreme Court ruled that lawmakers can redraw congressional maps mid-decade — not just after the census. This means they can continue to change the maps to hold onto power.

This isn’t about fairness. It’s about politicians picking their voters instead of the other way around.
But across the state, last year, Missourians stepped up.

The People Not Politicians collected signatures from over 305,000 people who have signed on to push back against these gerrymandered maps.

They get to draw the map — but we’ll get the final say at the ballot box.

The Missouri Supreme Court ruled 4-3 Tuesday that the state General Assembly has the power to draw new congressional maps more than once following the U.S. census.

📢 ICYMI: In his State of the State, Gov. Mike Kehoe urged lawmakers to “carry out the will of the people” by pushing a plan to eliminate Missouri’s income tax.

Missouri’s income tax makes up 66% of the state budget. Eliminating it would create an $8.7 billion funding gap for the services Missourians rely on every day, such as rent, car repairs, and childcare.

That money doesn’t just disappear — the responsibility gets shifted. And that usually means higher costs for working families, not the wealthy.

Missourians deserve honesty about who really pays when massive tax cuts are made, not policies that raise costs for working people.

In his 2026 State of the State address, Gov. Mike Kehoe said he wants a statewide vote in November on his plan to phase out the state income tax and allow for taxes on things like monthly subscriptions and digital services. Democrats have questioned whether that's possible without wrecking future bu...

“I've watched over the last five months with disappointment and disgust, frankly, at the lengths to which our secretary of state has been willing to stop, to slow down, to obstruct, to make harder, the ability of our citizens and the people of the state of Missouri to make their voice heard and to call for a referendum on an act of this legislature” Representative Will Jobe, D-Independence

State Rep. Will Jobe filed a resolution requesting an impeachment investigation of Secretary of State Denny Hoskins over his handling of a redistricting referendum.

Secretary of State Denny Hoskins admitted it:
The ballot language was written to confuse and sway voters.

Why? This map was forced through to please the Trump administration, protect politicians in power, and weaken the voting power of Black and Brown communities in the process.

Working Missourians collected over 300,000 signatures to make sure voters, not politicians, have the final say on this map. We're not backing down.

Secretary of State Denny Hoskins admitted Friday he wrote a ballot summary “likely to create prejudice” against a referendum on Missouri’s gerrymandered congressional district map.

Missourians: hold my clipboard.👀📋

Now state and local election officials are reviewing the signatures to determine if this goes on the ballot --where it belongs.

Republicans’ mid-decade gerrymander cannot be used in the midterm elections unless the secretary of state deems the 305,000 signatures a group gathered to be insufficient.
