Give an old stuffed animal a delightfully dark second life! In this 4-hour hands-on workshop at LitShop, participants will transform stuffed animals into one-of-a-kind goth-inspired faux taxidermy creations using crafting, sewing, embellishment, and plenty of imagination. No experience needed—just bring your creativity and your inner Wednesday Addams.

LitShop is proud to teach so many Girls in Science!

Our students at Mann Elementary are learning all about robotics and designing posters to promote their robot races during our after school programs.

Outside the shop with our community partners we’re still creating a supportive space where girls can take risks, explore creatively, build skills, and connect with their peers. All while having a blast and enjoying the best snacks found at any after school program in the Lou.

Thank you so much to everyone who came out to support LitShop at our first Pride Festival! We will definitely be back.

A huge thank you to our friends at Genesis Inspiration Foundation for their generous donation of $25,000 to LitShop!
Since 2018, the Genesis Inspiration Foundation has awarded over $16 million in grants to expand youth arts at museums, schools, and community organizations
nationwide, and we’re excited to put this donation to use supporting young artists in St. Louis.
