Let's talk about HOUSING OPPORTUNITY in Kirkwood!
We are looking for residents who are interested in taking a serious and honest look at what's working, what isn't and what tradeoffs come with change in our City. This group is specifically for people who have questions or concerns about allowing more housing options whether it's density, traffic, parking, stormwater runoff, tree canopy loss, building height or how new development and redevelopment might affect the character of our neighborhood.
This is NOT a sales pitch or pro-development push. It is a structured conversation through Braver Angels, a national nonprofit that specializes in bringing people with differing viewpoints together with the simple goal of understanding what is actually driving people's perspectives, to test assumptions and to see where there is agreement and where there is not.
