Girls on Fire Ignite
Girls on Fire is a 501c3 nonprofit organization that empowers girls who will unite to lead the world with kindness, courage, and self-respect. The 32-week leadership development program for 8th graders starts with helping girls discover and love who they are through unique experiences, including self-esteem and body image seminars, goal-setting under the Girls on Fire models, college and career exploration through field trips and workshops, financial literacy, health and wellness activities, team building, social events, networking, etiquette and so much more. Collaborating with community partners, professional women, college students, and high school students, our program helps girls explore and cultivate their passions while receiving guidance from other “girls on fire.” Our work to develop resilient, confident young leaders is all about providing girls with the tools and sharpening them. Our girls also give back, leading younger girls in outreach activities that they have designed for the purpose of empowerment. Girls on Fire provides individual seminars and trainings for girls ages 9-18 from our 32-week program for girls in the St. Louis area.
