BLACC is composed of two programs that work with Black leaders to build confidence, PD, and leadership skills by building community, peer learning, and resource sharing.

Today, we honor Fannie Lou Hamer, a fearless warrior in the fight for voting rights and civil
rights. From enduring brutal oppression to speaking truth to power at the 1964 Democratic
National Convention, she never backed down.
