Last week, the Spring 2026 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿 & 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 (𝗦𝗘𝗟𝗳) cohort concluded with its final session, bringing school and district leaders together for meaningful learning focused on leadership, staff culture, and connection to mission and vision.

Participants explored how empathy and compassion strengthen positive adult culture, while also reflecting on what it means to lead as their best selves through authentic relationships. It was an energizing conclusion to the SELf journey, with leaders looking ahead with renewed purpose and clarity.

We are grateful to these dedicated leaders who have committed their time and talents to this mission and we look forward to supporting them as they carry this work forward.

Last month we kicked off the inaugural Professional Academy in Character Excellence (PACE), bringing together business leaders from across the St. Louis region.

Session 1 encouraged participants to begin exploring how character-centered leadership can shape workplaces grounded in purpose, belonging, and growth.

Session 2 is scheduled for next week and we can't wait to continue working with these professionals who are committed to making character a priority.
