Last month, we celebrated the 2026 Champions for Character schools at Busch Stadium! 🎉

Representatives from these outstanding schools gathered to be recognized for their 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴, demonstrating a commitment to helping students connect character, leadership, and meaningful service to their communities.

We are proud to honor the educators, administrators, and school communities who make this important work possible.

💙 Great school communities don't happen by accident. They're built with intention.

For more than a decade, Erin Schulte has championed character education in Parkway School District, helping create environments where students feel welcomed and valued.

As Coordinator of Counseling and Character Education, Erin has guided 20 schools to National School of Character recognition and helped earn two district-level national recognitions. Her leadership reminds us that character education isn't just about developing students, it's about shaping the culture of entire communities.

We celebrate leaders like Erin who are building schools where character, belonging, and well-being are at the heart of learning.

In Session 3 of 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 (𝗣𝗔𝗖𝗘), professional leaders explored the power of purpose-driven leadership and the role culture plays in helping individuals and organizations thrive.

From defining personal WHY statements to reflecting on core values, this cohort continues to model thoughtful, intentional leadership.

The conversations continue to inspire us and the best is still ahead as we prepare for the final PACE session.
