We've added more classes to our Community Health and Wellness series!
Join for a half-day mindfulness mini-retreat starting March 21.
The sessions feature a new theme each month that blends neuroscience, lived human experience, and contemplative wisdom from a variety of faith traditions. We’ll explore how the nervous system shapes our inner life and relationships, then settle into a nourishing rhythm of seated meditation, walking meditation, and silent journaling. Reflective practice can also support creativity and artistic expression and research suggests mindfulness training may offer creativity boosts.
