"MAMA, I'M COMING HOME", an Ozzy Osbourne original, performed by the Gateway Harmonica Club! ๐ŸŽถ๐Ÿ˜Ž

In 2018, our ensemble performed a harmonica-only rendition of "Mama, I'm Coming Home" for Ozzy Osbourne at the AKC Museum of the Dog in St. Louis. The performance was filmed for the A&E show "Ozzy & Jack's World Detour." This event was a memorable highlight from the Gateway Harmonica Club's history.

It was an incredible experience to perform for Ozzy, Jack and Kelly, and Ozzy truly enjoyed our rendition of his song!

The members featured in the practice session included:

- Music Director: Jim Melchers
- Harmony: Julie Melchers, Linda Jacobs, and Tom Sutterfield
- Lead: Mark Olesnicki, Scott Aschinger, and Jay Hotze
- Rhythm: Buddy Hirsch and Jessie Hirsch

It is amazing to see the opportunities that playing the harmonica can provide. What a delightful instrument!

If you are interested in playing the harmonica, we invite you to participate in our weekly meetings, held every Tuesday evening in St. Louis, Missouri.
