Eagle Forum Education & Legal Eagle Forum Education & Legal 501(c)(3) promotes conservative, America First values and our founder Phyllis Schlafly's legacy. Founded 1981.

Eagle Forum Education & Legal was founded by Phyllis Schlafly in 1981 to educate the citizens on issues of great importance to the conservative cause. The Phyllis Schlafly Center houses the archives of the late conservative icon Phyllis Schlafly, and promotes her legacy and values to grassroots Americans. Originally known as the Eagle Forum Education Center, the Schlafly Center houses many of the Phyllis Schlafly organizations, including the Eagle Forum Education and Legal. All of these organizations seek to educate and engage American citizens on the issues that Phyllis advanced over the 70 years of her political volunteerism - protecting the natural family unit, defending our national sovereignty, fighting against federal overreach into our schools and improving education, promoting capitalism and our free enterprise system, and maintaining a strong military and national defense. Eagle Forum Education & Legal's mission is to promote the legacy of Phyllis Schlafly, and educate and motivate grassroots conservatives to fight for these public policy issues. Phyllis Schlafly's vision was to enable conservatives to participate in the process of politics and government so that America will continue to be a land of individual liberty, respect for family integrity, public and private virtue, and private enterprise.

American heroes, like our founding fathers and Christopher Columbus, have been villainized by left-wing public school curriculum for decades. Phyllis Schlafly knew that this teaches an anti-American worldview to young, impressionable children. Through progressive social platforms of teachers unions and textbooks written by far-left academics, public schools have been a hotbed of anti-American messaging. Phyllis Schlafly advocated for parental rights in education, local control of public schools, and school choice to give parents and communities a way to fight against this indoctrination. American women are privileged. Phyllis Schlafly fought against feminism to protect those privileges. Feminists have advocated changing laws, textbooks, and social attitudes to force men and women to be the same, but it's a futile effort. The laws of nature cannot be changed. Phyllis Schlafly dedicated decades of her life to speaking truthfully about the differences between men and women, and advocated for the special protections women need to have the right to be women.
